It was May 2005 and I said...let's create a recruitment agency and do things a little differently...
I wanted to create a brand. A brand that candidates and clients alike could connect with and truly trust as their recruitment partner. Whilst we’re proud to be a specalist boutique firm with incredibly loyal candidates and clients, we wanted more. FUN. Why can’t we bring the dog to the office? Why can’t we theme our office like a creative agency? Why can’t we create incredibly unique experiences for people and be remembered for being authentic? We can – and we do.
Over time we’ve built a collective of amazingly talented consultants who are passionate about their work and put service delivery ahead of all else. They connect with people, as real people, and find needles in haystacks consistently all the while providing solutions with flair and grace.
