Calling all Warehouse & Logistics Managers across Sydney – are you looking for your next opportunity that will allow you to support one of the fastest-growing ecommerce businesses in Australia? Do you hold yourself accountable to achieve outstanding results? Can you look at a big-picture project and see all the steps required to make it work?

Based in Rosebery, this brand has developed a name for itself as a go-to in its industry by trading beautiful products (trust us when we say everything about this business is aesthetically pleasing!) along with offering a unique and personalised customer journey. This paired with their impressive online following (their social content is gold) and partnerships has put them on the map.

Focusing on warehouse operations and logistics, this role will ensure the business is able to scale seamlessly whilst the company celebrates many more milestones of success.

With your agile and enthusiastic style of working, you’ll fit right into to this team of high-performing and creative professionals.

The nuts & bolts…

A dynamic mix of BAU and project work, you’ll never be left twiddling your thumbs. There is no doubt that working in a company which is the dictionary definition of innovation, you’ll be tasked with leading some game-changing ventures.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of warehouse, enhance order journey, oversee logistics and ensure core KPIs are adhered to
  • Plan and execute a 3,000sqm warehouse move in early 2025 whilst ensuring no disruption to BAU trade
  • Prepare and manage expansion for peak, high-volume periods – Black Friday, warehouse sales, click frenzy etc.
  • Lead and implement an own delivery network across key national cities (Sydney launched earlier this year, with two other locations on the cards for 2025)
  • Manage nationwide logistics providers – the business currently use SmartFreight to connect to multiple transport providers
  • Mentor two managers and their wider teams to unleash their potential and grow their confidence – you lead from the front and don’t shy away from the difficult, yet constructive, conversations when they arise

What we need from you…

Alongside your wealth of knowledge across national logistics and warehousing, you’re a hands-on leader who is naturally respected by your team due to your involved nature, ability to inspire others and your overall positivity. You regularly share your wealth of knowledge and instil confidence in your team, which in turn allows them to hit goals that previously deemed unreachable.

You have a sense of purpose coupled with the ambition to always push ahead of the crowd. You set high standards for yourself and your work, are goal-driven and gain such a kick out of seeing a project through to completion.

Previous experience within a scale-up/ecommerce environment is essential in order for you to add value from day one. Whilst there is support from an incredible team, those who can run independently and drive outcomes will develop best in this environment.
